Counter-IED Systems:
ITT is helping the U.S. Department of Defense meet urgent system requirements and increased production demands to prevent the detonation of radio-controlled IEDs. ITT is under contract to build and deliver up to 15,000 additional CREW 2.1, counter-IED systems, plus spares and related equipment. These counter-IED devices will be mounted on various armored vehicles, and other military transport equipment, and deployed to current military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Communications and Countermeasures Systems products developed by ITT include:
- Shortstop Electronic Protection System (SEPS) for both military and civilian applications
- Data Link Validation System (DLVS) for validating and testing military data links
- Wideband Secure Voice Equipment (WSVE) for secure voice radio transmission.
ITT is a world leader in Interference Cancellation (INCAN) Technology. ITT produces state-of-the-art cancellation systems for a wide variety of applications. Our products are successfully deployed in vital C3I applications on platforms for all US military services and the FAA.
Unwanted RF interference between radios, radars and jammers blocks communication, prevents detection and denies GPS location. ITT's Interference Cancellation Systems (ICS) remove interference from both collocated and remote sources, restoring full operational capability for all EMI waveforms.
Products developed by ITT include RF Distribution Systems and adaptive Interference Mitigation Subsystems for both military and civilian applications, GPS Jamming Suppression Modules to protect GPS receivers from being jammed, and a line of antennas and RF components.

ITT also provides installation security and force protection for deployed troops. ITT Force Protection professionals maintain the highest standards of security and force protection, enabling the military to carry out their stabilization and peacekeeping missions.
