Our light detection and ranging (LIDAR) technology is capable of detecting biological aerosol clouds from a distance and is already part of the U.S. government’s early warning system against airborne biological attacks. Our Laser Interrogation of Surface Agent (LISA) product line — currently in testing — can provide real-time measurements and mapping of chemical agents while installed in a recon vehicle traveling at more than 30 mph. This is an important capability in the modern battlefield where our deployed forces travel very fast.
